So good
Best for BBC Iplayer, channel 4, channel 5, zdf, orf.
Everything is better than 2018, the chat service is so nice, I had some problems, they solved the problems for me. The helping center is so kind, I was used to be a member of Astrill VPN and they were very aggressive, very bad one, I must pay more for private IP for an UK country.(exclude from yearly package 99 USD)
So impress, The price is reasonable and friendly.

Amazing speeds but lacks basic features
For a VPN with amazing speeds, it's quite dumbfounded that there's no settings to have a list of IPs saved that are the fastest for you and put them in a favorites list.
It makes ZERO sense. If ever they add this feature, I'll give it a 5 star. For now, a 1 star.
Sorry, it's quite stupid with their so called millions of people, that no one even though of this simple yet effective and efficient feature.

Worth looking into
I've been impressed with what windscribe has to offer and only wish I came across it earlier. It has a lot of useful features and the selection of servers are great too. Autopilot is best for connecting to the strongest server, however, all of them have worked well for me and I've had no problem streaming or even downloading.

Horrible Customer Service
Customer Service basically does not exist. All you can do is open a ticket and pray that someone will eventually respond. You will get automated email promising to get back with lame excuse that all reps are human (except poor Garry which is not much of a help). I am not going to renew.
